Leadership Seminar

What makes a good leader? Why do you want to lead and how can you most effectively do so, given your strengths, weaknesses and psychological makeup? These are the questions each student attempts to answer for themselves during Aegis' 6-month Leadership course.

The class draws from history, psychology, modern business management strategies, military practice, exploratory exercises and roundtable discussions in which students can share their own experiences. Topics include leadership psychology, organizational analysis, effective communication, project management techniques and special leadership topics according to the interests of the students. Each participant is given the opportunity to self-assess, get feedback from others and create strategies based not only on how others have led successfully, but on how they themselves can become excellent leaders in any situation.
