The Aegis Academy Leadership and Management class is a practical course in the study of organizations and processes. This class focuses on human interactions in organizations and with processes in order to teach students best practices in how to get things done, and focuses on organizing teams to achieve goals. You will learn about the different styles of leadership including the strengths and weaknesses of each style, develop your own capacity for leadership, and gain valuable insights into managing human interactions.
