Locations The term for the space in which we train in swordsmanship is aula-d'armi, which translates from Italian as "hall of arms/weapons" or "classroom of arms/weapons". Aegis Academy of Swordsmanship has two aule-d'armi, one in Ann Arbor (Michigan) and a second in Davenport/Quad-Cities (Iowa/Illinois). Ann Arbor: In the summer on Sunday afternoons, Island Park serves as the Ann Arbor aula-d'armi. Feel free to contact us for more information. Quad-Cities: In Duck Creek Park in Davenport there is a pavilion located at latitude 41.544963 and longitude -90.529629 (green arrow on map), which serves as the Quad-Cities aula-d'armi in the warmer weather. Be sure to browse to the Quad Cities website for more information. Apply for Classes |
